This might not be the best rap album of all time. But it resembles the other part of late 80's and early 90's era rap. With all that dance, house music involved. 2-Bigg MC was strongly affiliated with the man who represented this pop-rap appeal by that time to the fullest - MC Hammer. Bigg was his hype man prior and had left him to pursue his own career as a rapper. I'm not sure about the reason of parting the ways, but Bigg split with Hammer to replicate his style entirely. So hate it or like it, this one is a less popular version of the popular style of pop-raps that was considerately opposite to Gangsta raps and the whole East Coast Boom Bap centered rapping.  I'm more into the latter, but happened to have this CD that has never been shared in HQ, so here you go.
