This is a bit rare mix CD I copped few years ago and ripped soon after that. Knowing the obscurity of Rob Life mix tracks I guess it might be partially or entirely mastered into a lossy format. But I'm not sure. It's a great mix though, and highly recommended. As you can see in tracklist, it incorporates hip-hop, funk/soul, and trip-hop.
