Brief summary of the record = One of the biggest mysteries of hip-hop... Paul C was only 24 years old when he was killed. Nonetheless, he was very innovative and many DJs that came slightly later quote him as their influence. Meanwhile, Super Lover Cee and Casanova Rud were about to drop their sophomore album and about to become the next hot thing of hip-hop. After Paul's death and uncertain circumstances, numerous friends and colleagues were interrogated and held as suspects, including Cee and Rud. They never managed to restart their careers after that. This 2016 comp is one remaining statement how great Paul was as a producer. However, it was released as a CDr and a great deal of tracks are most likely stamped off the vinyl. I ripped everything as FLAC using EAC but don't expect the highest sound quality in here.
