Da brief - With reggae inspired sub-genres emerging in late 80's and early 90's we had many hip-hop and reggae fusion projects. They mostly adopted fast rapping, hardcore style and dancehall themed lyrics. However, this album borrows more mellow style approach inspired by Jimmy Cliff-esque music leaning towards the slower-paced lovers rock. It's a solid album!
